As minority youths, we face uphill task finding a job and have limited access to professional development opportunities.
Our Minority Digital Skills Mentorship Fellowship is dedicated to preparing 10, 000 minority youth to take advantage of the digital revolution, reduce their vulnerability to violence extremism and rebuild our devastated economies. Our School to work Readiness Mentorship programmes enables minority youths to effectively prepare for the world of work after school. We Coach Youth to developed the skills they need for employability after graduation.
